The overall point that I believe you're making is that penny boards are a common use of transportation, in comparison with the skateboard. You ended with an argument that some may have against penny boards on campus...I would maybe include that before the part where you talk about how compact they are and why they are convenient for students as a way to provide support for the use of penny boards. As a form of a rebuttal, just a thought.
