Steve Buckingham (record producer)
[edit]You have twice made edits to Steve Buckingham (record producer), with the claimed justification that they are at Steve Buckingham's request. You have obviously misunderstood what Wikipedia is. The article is not owned by the subject. Wikipedia is not interested in what the subject has to say about himself, but in what has been said about the subject by published reliable sources independent of the subject. If you are editing the article at the subject's request you need to read what Wikipedia says about conflict of interest and (where relevant) about paid editing. It also appears that the material you added in your most recent edit was copied from http://blair.vanderbilt.edu/bio/steve-buckingham, which makes it a copyright violation. Your previous edit removed sourced text and replaced it with unsourced text, which is why it was reverted (as stated in my edit summary). Please read Wikipedia's policies and guidelines before making further edits. --David Biddulph (talk) 08:17, 26 November 2016 (UTC)
