Please don't continue to reinsert these people without an article. Perhaps they are notable; but as long as they're without articles, they simply don't belong. You can write an article on them if you want, you know. More importantly: stop deleting the References section, because this is vandalism if you mean to do it, and it's carelessness if you don't. Sorry -- I did not realize an article needed to exist before a person could be added to a "Notable natives" list. As you can see, I have added a basic article for the Steads. You can also see my motivation for including them on your page. OBTW I did not intentionally delete anything, including a reference section. Sorry -- I guess that was a "new-bee" error on my part. If you would like to email me directly, pls contract me at [removed email address to prevent spamming] I would be more than happy to give you any degree of detail you need about me or my motivation for including the Steads.

I've removed your email address to prevent spam. As for your articles, I'm not sure that they prove notability. Could you improve them soon to demonstrate notability better? If not, they may be deleted, especially as they're clearly promotional at the moment. Nyttend (talk) 02:13, 18 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Please don't remove the cleanup tags: although you've expanded the article, you've not yet clearly demonstrated notability or fixed the promotional problems. Nyttend (talk) 23:55, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Stop removing the cleanup tags: you have not resolved the issues, and removing them without resolution is considered vandalism. As far as your claim of notability: big donations and heading corporations don't make a person notable, and you've not proven that their books are significant. Nyttend is right - you have not demonstrated notability per Wikipeida guidelines. Moreover, your promotional article is lifted from his company's press room at http://press.ihs.com/ihs+executive+team/. Not exactly a neutral source. Iulus Ascanius (talk) 04:31, 1 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
