Invitation to join The Ontario Roads WikiProject
[edit]Hello,
I've noticed you've edited a fair deal on Ontario highway and road articles the past week or so, and I thought I'd extend an invitation to come join the Ontario roads WikiProject. We're a small group of editors that are trying to overhaul the many terrible road articles scattered about. It seems like you've done some research and we could always use any help you have to offer.
Hope to see you there. Cheers, ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 04:59, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
An apology
[edit]I'm hoping that, despite the incident last night, that there are no hard feelings harboured. I truly respect the effort you have put in. You use proper sources, you add them to the articles properly, and you actually do your research. I cannot say the same of the other two editors who have dug in their heels with what has been going on. What you did with Dundas Street is great. Collaboration is the name of the game on WikiPedia, and sometimes it can get heated; this is the nature of the beast. All the best; I hope to see you keep editing through all of this. - ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 12:08, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for November 26
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Great Lakes Waterway, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Lakehead (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
