Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary. Thanks for your contributions. Jeeny 16:57, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
- You are destroying the article, please stop putting everything related to Iran in that page. Just give a link to the appropriate article. thanks, --Pejman47 16:25, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
- The infos must not getting undue weight and the size of article is now above 100kB , lot more than recommended size of articles in Wikpedia. In past there was efforts to shorten the article, but you just keep adding lengthy irrelvent unimportant texts to it. It is already enough!, NOT every thing about Iran must be there, Just a brief info about everything, the interested reader may flow the links. Please expand other iran related articles. --Pejman47 18:00, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with Pejman, please don't add lengthy lists etc to the article. --Mardavich 08:21, 15 April 2007 (UTC)

- Earthquakes in Iran is a good one, as I said the details must go the respective articles. Thanks for your attention. movaffagh bashid, --Pejman47 17:55, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
- Kian, please don't unilaterally remove huge chunks of the article, the grammar/style you used is also incorrect, we don't use "&" in an encyclopedia. I know you mean well, but your grammer and style of writing isn't very good. --Mardavich 13:17, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
- I am, however, putting back and rewording the better parts of your edits. --Mardavich 13:26, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
- Kian jaan, I pretty much restored all of your edits with some minor modifications. I think the best way reduce the size is not by removing info but rather by rewriting some sections (more meat, less fat) as someone pointed out on the talk page, but that should be done by someone who is a good essay writer. I'll see if I can find someone. Welcome to Wikipedia by the way. --Mardavich 13:41, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
- Why did you remove the description of Abu Moslem and what he did, that's not "unnecessary detail", please do not UNILATERALLY remove such importnat information from the article with misleading edit-summries like "unnecessary detail". --Mardavich 04:42, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
- You entirely changed the meaning and the original points of the economy section by this edit. Please DO NOT remove/move texts, unless you're familiar with the content and the subject. --Mardavich 16:57, 21 April 2007 (UTC)

Portal pages
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and are immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. Ben W Bell talk 12:34, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
Okay, fair enough. Looking at your edits the rest of them certainly are not vandalism. The reason I warned you was that you blanked the Cuba:Intro portal page and pasted that into the Iran one. I can see how it can have happened accidentally. I apologise for jumping the gun on you so hard from what was obviously just a slip. Ben W Bell talk 13:01, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Iranian horse
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Iranian horse, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Dana boomer (talk) 15:24, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
The article Billy 'Bill-E' Spleen has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Neelix (talk) 01:24, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
