Most of the improvement needed in the Indian team is in the attitude of the game. Today it is of no shame to consider teams like Australian as a superior one and we should take lessons from them. The main problem with the present team is they are confused with when and how to attack? Let us first look into the matter when the team chooses to or is compelled to bat first. Indian team has a typical mindset to retain wickets in the first ten to fifteen overs and hoping to do so, they attack after this period. After the fifteen over mark the field restrictions are taken off and in the process if we loose wickets we land nowhere. The tail-enders are then expected to save the situation. To the utter disappointment of hundred crore people, they are dismissed cheaply and are welcomed home with lots of discouraging words. If we take a close look on the Australian team, they attack right from the word “Go” and they usually don’t loose wickets in the early stages of the game. Now creeps in another problem which cannot be spurned. That is our top order batsman stagger quite often. The remedy to this problem is serious practice and a solid “No” to experiments. Team is not a laboratory where the chief scientist, Greg Chappell can make trials and errors to find the solution of a problem. It strikes a serious blow on the confidence and consistency of the player. I think we should give more time to Pathan to set in as a number three or four batsman. He does have the talent but lacks confidence and needs to boost up. Putting myself in Greg’s shoes I would opt Dravid to come in as the fifth or sixth batsman. We know that our present Captain is a shaky starter and in the initial stages of his innings, he wastes a lot of deliveries. If he is put late in the batting order, he will probably come in when fifteen to twenty overs have already been bowled. Being the captain and feeling the pressure he will receive the required push to score quickly. We seldom see the number of balls faced trailing the runs scored by “Mr. Dependable”. Moving to bowling attack, where inconsistency is the keyword. After the 2003 World cup, Indian bowlers have been smashed all over the world including on home grounds. The fast bowling attack comprises of Pathan and Zaheer but we are always lacking of ideas to choose the third fast bowler if we playing with five bowlers. Ajit Agarkar, a name that fans associate as the bowler who conceives the highest number of boundaries but still manages to make a comeback. I think whenever he was given a chance in the past he was able to make a mess out of it. The once world’s most famous spin attack now has Anil Kumble who beats the batsman with flight and pace, Harbajan Singh whose ball spins occasionally and Murli Kartick whose ball never turns. I firmly believe that after a long time we finally have Dhoni who can keep neatly and then add a lot to the scoreboard. On the contemporary situation, I believe that Sourav Ganguly should make a comeback and that too as the Captain because we badly need his experience. This will release the pressure from Dravid we all know that he is no match with the former Captain in his present job.
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Manjil. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Manjil~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Dell Boomi
[edit]The Boomi AtomSphere integration platform as a service (iPaaS) supports all your application integration processes – between cloud platforms, software-as-a-service applications, and on-premises systems. Your entire team has online access to a powerful range of integration and data management capabilities, that can be realized in a fraction of the time of legacy middleware technologies.
Build: AtomSphere uses a visual interface to configure application integrations. Using drag-and-drop integration process and data mapping tools, along with a library of application and technology connectors, you can build simple to sophisticated integrations with exceptional speed.
Deploy: Once built, integration processes are deployed to the Boomi Atom, a lightweight runtime engine. The Atom allows your integrations to be deployed wherever needed: in Boomi’s Atom Cloud; in a public or private cloud; or on-premises. If needed, multiple Atoms can be clustered as a Boomi Molecule to provide a high-scale, fault-tolerant integration runtime.
Manage: Regardless of the Atom deployment option, your integration processes are all centrally managed through the Boomi platform. The Manage funtionality in Boomi enables users to monitor the health and activity of all Atoms, and to access detailed process logs. You can also set up proactive notifications for any issues related to your integration processes.
