Most of the references are about the company or are from the company's own websites - both of which are not allowed under WP:NOTINHERITED and WP:RS. More references in reliable sources (apart from Press releases) are required to satisfy our guidelines.

All the references are again about the company and not about the said person. His father getting the Padma Shri or his company's performance does not give him any inherited notability. We need references with depth of coverage in reliable sources about the said person (and not his father/company).
