Hello and thanks for your message. The previous article on Clair Marlo was deleted as a result of an articles for deletion discussion in which consensus was that the subject had not received sufficient coverage in reliable sources. If you have access to sources that would overcome this problem there should be no problem creating a new article. If you have any doubt whether the what you have found would constitute significant coverage in reliable sources, feel free to let me know what you have and I'll be happy to advise whether they would be sufficient. If they are then I would be happy to restore the article to your userspace as a starting point for a new article, but please bear in mind that if the sources you have would not be viewed as sufficient by the community then it may be a waste of effort to create a new article.
