Disambiguation link notification for February 14
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Wookieepedia, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Canon (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

[edit]Cody Johnston moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Cody Johnston, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Some references for Cody Johnston
[edit]Hi - I noticed that you wrote a draft article for Cody Johnston but that it was rejected for not having reliable, third-party references. Primary sources, like tweets - or in this case, works published by Cracked - are perfectly acceptable to use as references on Wikipedia, but they aren't enough on their own to display notability of a subject, and Wikipedia requires that notability be displayed for each of its articles.
I wrote the Michael Swaim article myself, so I'd be happy to help out if you'd like some assistance, although my time is pretty limited these days - so I can't help as much as I'd like. I did a quick Google search and turned up a few quality sources that would make good additions to the article you're working on:
- "Opinion: Independent media is worth your attention", The Daily Iowan
- "That Time Trump Blamed Riots on ‘Weak Leadership in Washington’ – in 2014, The Wrap
- "Behind The Scenes Of A Future Cracked: After Hours Episode", Bleeding Cool News
- "The Cult of Boba Fett: The ‘Star Wars’ Bounty Hunter’s Spin-Off", The Daily Beast
- "Start salivating, because Thirst Aid Kit is back and lustier than ever", The A.V. Club
Also, if you search for The Huffington Post articles mentioning Johnston, quite a few results show up. Let me know if you have any questions I could help you with! --Jpcase (talk) 14:37, 26 August 2021 (UTC)
