Malmgren Surname article
[edit]I noticed you put an edit on the malmgren surname article linking to the ru version, I was wondering if you'd help translate the http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9C%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%BC%D0%B3%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%BD,_%D0%AD%D1%80%D0%BD%D1%84%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B4 article for the en wiki since it doesn't exist there yet. Also the ru link you added to the en malmgren article doesn't show up visibly but shows up in the history, so I'm not sure how it works. Suppafly (talk) 14:35, 5 December 2012 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
