Hello. Sorry, just saw this... I'm pretty sure no actual magazines have reviewed it. There are some comments on the ChessV page on chessvariants.org. That's about as close as it gets. This is at least partly because chess variants receive almost no attention and ChessV itself would not be noteworthy at all if it were not for its ability to play variants.
