Speedy deletion of Bimmerworld
[edit]A tag has been placed on Bimmerworld, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD G11.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Ioeth (talk contribs friendly) 14:38, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as in Talk:Bimmerworld, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. Ioeth (talk contribs friendly) 16:30, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
Helpme
[edit]I may be giving up on this but can someone please tell me how I make an encyclopedia type reference page to a BMW race team that will not get deleted or accused of being advertising, I'm really lost here and getting frustrated. This page is the only one I've done on here and is in no more ways an advertisement to the race team than any other rock bands page, other race teams page, etc. I've ammended this thing twice now trying to remove anything that might cross the line but I'm at a loss now as to why its not good. People just keep refering me back to the rules which I appear to be following.
OK, I just did a search for another team in our series, turner motorsports, and I don't see much of any difference between what I listed and whats on their page, why is mine considered blatant advertisement? madsedanMadsedan 17:19, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
