Pleased you were able to take the B-Reactor tour twice...
That photo is indeed the front face of B-Reactor. What you took for the floor with all the construction workers standing on it is actually the adjustable elevator that spans the front face of the reactor. When you took the tour, that elevator was the white painted object that spanned the full front face and obstructed your view when you stood back against the wall in the fuel staging area.
There is a similar elevator on the rear face, but there are several features that allow one to discriminate between them.
