Saint Croix ground lizard

[edit]

Sorry, my edit summary undoing your changes to Saint Croix ground lizard isn't quite correct – I hadn't noticed that the article is at the English name, so the title doesn't need changing.

If you can supply a reliable source for the change of genus, I'll be happy to reinstate your edits and then fix the taxobox properly – this is a bit complex for a new editor. Peter coxhead (talk) 10:01, 8 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Peter. Thanks for catching that mistake. I'll be sure to read more on how to properly make changes. The info on the genus change is here Goicoechea et al., 2016. This entry on The Reptile Database is also useful. Several species of Ameiva were moved to Pholidoscelis. Because this genus is masculine several species name endings have changed too, so I'll be updating them later on. Mack911 (talk) 03:14, 20 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
