I want to translate the article about myself "Lydia Hatuel Czuckermann" to Hebrew "לידיה חטואל צוקרמן" - technically I understand it requires creating a new article.
Can I get the permission to do so?
That's a question about the Hebrew Wikipedia, whose guidelines and policies may differ from the English Wikipedia's. You'll have to ask over there. In general, though, editing the article about yourself is not a good idea due to the inherent conflict of interest; it's considered best practice to instead edit the talk page, to proppose specific changes, and to let uninvolved editors determine their appropriateness. Right now the English article about you sounds rather promotional and isn't particularly well-sourced. While you of course know that what you write about yourself is true, we still require reliable published sources to allow our readers to verify the content for themselves.
