Talk: Mariah Carey albums discography

[edit]

Hey Angel, since you usually take place in Mariah Carey discussions, maybe you would like to voice your opinion here--Petergriffin9901 (talk) 03:55, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Angel, It appears it was already done by an admin, so it wouldn't change anything. However, your free to input your opinion anyways, just to make sure we really have a consensus--Petergriffin9901 (talk) 18:26, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The importance of Edit Summaries

[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. When you make a change to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Pulse (Toni Braxton album). Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit. It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you.

Pulse

[edit]

When i checked iTunes in the UK and US it is not on the album. And by billboard's own chart rules a deluxe edition of an album can only contain a maximum of 4 other songs. Any more than that and it must be declared a new album Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:10, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

nevermind. your right. sorry my error. i will correct it now.Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:12, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No your right. Sorry its cause i didnt see the scroll down bar in iTunes! LOL =) Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:23, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No probs. The deluxe edition of the album looks like a lot better value for money than the standard version LOL! Please remember to sign your posts by typing 4 tildes (4 × ~) cliking the signature button on the top row. Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:29, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I think its corporate sabotage. Look at the careers of other women of her age (mariah carey, whitney houston, celine dion, the late michael jackson, shania twain, jennifer lopez), all to some extent have had material from the projects leaked before release and companies struggle to market them. I fear that Toni's album has run out of steam already b4 release thanks to three singles. It prob wont be around in 2 month's time. and its a shame because "Stay" and "Caught" would have been good single choices but they're only bonus tracks.Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:47, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Exactly she delayed the album to record new songs which were only just leaked anyway. She should have gone for a massive 20-track release or something. Because the fans would have bought it for the mastered version of the leaked songs and she would have atleast got longevity out of it.Lil-unique1 (talk) 23:26, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

RE:Louboutins

[edit]

Because at the time of release it was released as the lead single from the album. In retrospect, yes its not included on the album but it was still the lead single from the album. You can by all means add a note saying that when the album moved to Island records, a new lead single was released but that's different to outright removing the information. — Lil_niquℇ 1 [talk] 20:12, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback

[edit]

Hi AngelCrying,

I have granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is because after a review of some of your contributions, I believe you can be trusted to use rollback correctly: for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks.
