Stop running a bot
[edit]Hi Luzomim,
Your edit count seems to indicate that you are new to Wikipedia and also very new to editing. Yet, I saw that you are running an instance of IABot. Your account name, however, does not indicate that you are a bot user, and I can't seem to find you listed under those who requested permission to run a bot. IABot is one of the bots, which usually carries out useful edits, but it is not without its flaws, and at least one of your bot-assisted edits recently completely screwed up the links on a page. Since you are fully responsible for any edits you do and need a permission to run a bot, which you do not seem to have, I would like to ask you to stop running bots. Otherwise this may lead to a block. Please also read WP:BOTPOL.
If you are really new to the project, I would nevertheless welcome you, but might suggest that you start and learn how to edit at a slower pace doing only manual edits. It is not a good idea to start using automated tools right from the start, because the fast pace at which bots work can easily create mass damage to the project in unexperienced hands. I'm sure this is not what you want. Thanks for your understanding.

- @Matthiaspaul: Hi Matthiaspaul and thanks for your welcome. I'm not exactly new (I contribute since about 6 mounts to the ro.wiki). As about the bot-assisted edits: yes, I see the problem and I have stopped editing using this tool. Keep in touch. Regards, --Luzomim (talk) 14:03, 23 June 2019 (UTC)
- And, as I see now, you did quite a few edits there already. ;-) So keep up the good work (but nevertheless be careful with bots). Greetings,
