Sockpuppetry case
[edit]You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ytcracker for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. → Dylan620 (Toolbox Alpha, Beta) 13:12, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
That's pretty funny, actually. The fact that I haven't logged in for two years does nothing to prove that I'm a sock puppet. I have many accounts on random websites that I haven't used in two years. I came back to stick up for YTC because he's a personal friend of mine and he was complaining about this BS on Wikipedia. Besides, if I were a sockpuppet you wouldn't be able to google my handle and find a longstanding history of internet presence through bikely, slashdot, netstumbler, osxhints, voip-info.org, etc. etc..
Maybe this problem of identity (both this sockpuppet thing and the original request for deletion of YTC's page) could be solved by having a reliable identification verification procedure like many other sites use. (See couchsurfing.com)
Here's a photo i took of YTC months ago, note the upload date with no revisions
Now note http://lullabud.com's association with that Flickr account via simpleviewer which requires a valid API key, effectively validating that I, as owner of lullabud.com, own that Flickr account and have actually taken photographs of ytcracker on stage performing actual music at a reputable music venue alongside reputable musicians.
Now you know who I am.
