Boris Stepanovich Lukoshkov
[edit]Hi Lukoshkov, I've reviewed your article Boris Stepanovich Lukoshkov. Although the article is not bad for a first attempt, it does have many issues that need to be addressed. You can see the list of problems in the tags at the top of your article. Please do not remove any of the tags until each issue has been dealt with. Also given the conflict of interest, you should get someone independent involved. Azylber (talk) 12:50, 11 May 2012 (UTC)
- Hi, I saw that you solved one of the problems with your article. Well done. If you need help with the other problems, let me know.

Re: Lukoshkov
[edit]Hi Sergei, I've lightly copyedited the article. It would be a good idea to remove the "Key dates" section and incorporate its content into the main biography. Graham87 00:46, 29 May 2012 (UTC)
- It is not a good idea to insert references to the article where Lukoshkov is not even mentioned. Especially in view that both references are promotional. Would you please consider removing them.--Ymblanter (talk) 16:12, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
You are totaly wrong Ymblanter! he is mentioned in those articles! I if U can russian, there is no problem to read and check.--Lukoshkov (talk) 16:24, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
- Well, I just see that both pages link to English, and the search "Lukoshkov" gives nothing. May be the links are wrong, then pls correct them.--Ymblanter (talk) 16:27, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
- I don't know what's wrong. Everything works when I click on links, articles on russian open without any problem! --Lukoshkov (talk) 17:14, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
- Are we talking about these articles: one two? I am pretty sure they are in English.--Ymblanter (talk) 17:24, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
- No, now I understand you. But I think it is good to have them, because Lukoshkov studied in Leningrad, those painting schools. He is a "product" of that Leningrad school of painting and represents Leningrad school. Lukoshkov (talk) 18:29, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
- We have the article Leningrad School of Painting, and an internal link would certainly suffice. The article was written by Mr. Ivanov as a part of his self-promotion campaign, and contains links as well.--Ymblanter (talk) 18:33, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
Ok, understand. I will remove link to Ivanov's article. --Lukoshkov (talk) 19:44, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
- Great, thanks.--Ymblanter (talk) 19:45, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
Invite to Research Survey
[edit]Hello Lukoshkov,
I'm part of a team that is researching ways to help Wikipedia editors find interesting content to contribute to Wikipedia. More specifically, we are investigating whether content from news sources can be used to enhance Wikipedia editing. We are creating a tool, called wikiFeed, that will help Wikipedia editors make connections between content from Twitter or RSS news feeds and Wikipedia articles. We are currently gathering data which will help us in the development process and would love to learn about how you consume news content and how it relates to your Wikipedia editing. If you would like to help, follow this link to complete a brief survey. Your feedback will help us create a better tool.
For more information about wikiFeed, visit our project page. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask via my talk page, or by email at wikifeedcc@gmail.com. Thanks for your time! MarchionessGrey (talk) 15:49, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
