Request reason:

I have followed the procedure above and emailed my request to be unblocked. However, the email response was to come back to this page and follow the directions. So I am going in circles. I just want to update my own wiki page to be more accurate. Should I request to change my username? What are the steps to do that? It is not clear how to move forward and get this sorted out. I would like to use the edits I have already made, so continue using my account under either this name or a different one. Please advise what I need to do. Thanks. 331dot I don't know what he's referring to. I didn't respond to his email which simply said Hi, I was editing my page when I was blocked. Are you able to unblock me please? How do I sort this out? What do you need from me to verify my identity? I followed the appeal process, emailed, and was directed back to the talk page. Can someone please just give me directions on how to get my account unblocked.
