Fourth Annual State of Indian Nations Address

[edit]

Thanks for fixing the link on Fourth Annual State of Indian Nations Address. It is much appreciated, KI 01:41, 22 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Scizor Animation

[edit]

I was redirected to you. So, why remove the Scizor animation on the Pokemon Pearl/Diamond article? I rather liked it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Metnik (talkcontribs) 04:33, 20 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

Indeed, I felt it illusated the topic well.--HoneymaneHeghlu meH QaQ jajvam 03:29, 23 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that the previous animated Scizor image was easier for comparing the two genders. I suggest that we change it back, or at least make the current one animated like the other one was. -- WiiVolve 12:54, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Editcountitis

[edit]

You removed the (Except when it comes to voting in Wikipedia votes!!!) from WP:ITIS - it does matter! Those who had less than 400 edits were not premitted to edit. As an advocate but, at the time, only reasonably infrequent editor, who took care to preview and make significant changes rather than repeated one-line changes, I found myself disenfranchised, which is why I made the comment in the talk page a while back. You are right that once you have reached the arbitrary threshold, your one vote is as good as anyone else's but not until then. I take on board the later comment that it's possible to stuff votes if the threshold is too low, but I think 400 is almost certainly too high. Reverting your change. Re: User:Fattdoggy's block

[edit]

That user also created nonsense templates Template:Currentbox & Template:Wikicount. He made no useful edits, vandalizing and spamming talk pages.

Invalid Title

[edit]

Looks like the Featured content tag is working again, so I deleted the Invalid Title redirect. Thanks for the note. NawlinWiki 19:14, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Calcutta Cup

[edit]

Are you sure the comment about Wilkinson beating the record is not necessary? I'm not the one who added it in the first place but I think it's relevant somehow... If you don't mind I'm going to put it back...Saebhiar 14:05, 5 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your recent posting of an anonymous editor to Administrators intervention against vandalism. In the future though, when reporting IP addressed to WP:AIV, please make sure that they have had a final warning in the recent past. Due to the nature of IP addresses, spans of time between edits may indicate different users. Being it is possible that the currently vandalizing user did not get a true final warning they are often not be blocked. To remedy this, please make an effort to ensure that all vandals reported to WP:AIV have an appropriate, and recent, final warning. The most common final warnings are {{test4}} or {{bv}}. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to ask me on my user talk page. Thanks again!-- Chrislk02 (Chris Kreider) 20:47, 5 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I saw your note at the article talk page, which I why I didn't give a final warning upon their most recent edit after my most recent revert. I'll allow them some time to bring some sense to their contributions. If good faith edits fail to arrive, feel free to request my assistance. Cheers. -- Longhair\talk 23:17, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. One more destructive edit and they face a block. -- Longhair\talk 23:19, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Starslip Crisis

[edit]

Would this be my leg being pulled? I'm not a great writer on comics, but I'd think that the way to prove that the ship is named after Johann Heinrich Füssli would be to reference some edition of the comic. Wikis are never acceptable sources. Cheers, Angus McLellan (Talk) 22:43, 18 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That makes perfect sense! It might be worth mentioning that somehow, otherwise someone else will be confused too. Cheers, Angus McLellan (Talk) 22:49, 18 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Outstanding! Enjoy what's left of the weekend, Angus McLellan (Talk) 22:57, 18 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Shambag

[edit]

Please tell me what is wrong with the Shambag article and it will be corrected, I think it is perfectly encyclopedic and gives people an accurate insight into how Irish society is made up.garethppls(Talk) 13:32, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
