InkHeart question
Hey, I noticed that you blocked InkHeart indefinitely for having multiple accounts. I've been dealing with her/JKsarang/69dressings lately over OWN issues and such. Though looking at the sockpuppets User:Theoffice89 listed for her, he/she seems to have completely different editing interests, and I was wondering—if you don't mind me asking—how you came to that conclusion for the other numerous listed users. Thanks. Ωphois 19:57, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- On a related note, my thanks for dealing with this Belov/InkHeart/69dressings/et al issue. I've found another nine accounts which appear suspicious: in each case, the account was created between 19:01 and 19:11 yesterday, and each new user was welcomed by either 69dressings or Belov. During the same period, 69dressings sent a welcome message to Belov here. I don't know if that's sufficient evidence for a sockpuppet investigation (it's rather circumstantial, I admit), but given the number of socks already involved I do think there is reason for concern. - @Ophois: Yeah I screwed up on that check. I did it in a hurry and tried to do the investigation differently than usual. I apparently caught innocent people there, and I plan to redo the investigation from scratch as soon as I can (unfortunately, that's the first time I manage to be near a computer since Saturday -and I'm at work-). I shouldn't have done these blocks myself, and rest assured I plan to unblock and apologize to the people mistakenly blocked. -- Luk talk 09:49, 23 November 2009 (UTC)
- Hey. I believe that the IP user 72.11.138.103 may be Inkheart again. A few hours ago, the anon made four edits only to stuff Inkheart's sockpuppets use to edit, and followed Inkheart's MO of removing template tags. Ωphois 10:32, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
- Same with anon 66.199.237.22 Ωphois 12:11, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
- I see Ryan blocked them both, I don't think there's much more to be done at this point. -- Luk talk 14:50, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
Unblock request
Hello, I have been blocked by yourself. For some reason this IP adress has been stopped from logging WIkipedia due to vandalism from my IP adress. Since I sign in when rectifying something, I don't see why this is. If you could please unblock the a adress, I would appreciate it.
Ta very much

Quick Seven (user recovery)
Subject Page: Quick Seven
Please recover my page, it was deleted and I'm having no luck in recovering it. I look forward to your response.
Thank you in advance,

- Declined for a lack of evidence that other accounts are involved. I don't see anybody blatantly socking on that atticle in the last few days.
With respect, I do not believe that is an accurate assessment. The article has been semi-protected since December 20,[1] which has cut down on the socks in main space, but the talk page is quite another matter.[2] Viriditas (talk) 10:04, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah I saw your edit. I'm gonna flush the sock drawer there then :). I'm still not convinced they are related to Vryadly though. -- Luk talk 10:06, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
- See my response to your latest comment.[3] Checkuser might not help in the case of the IP's, but in terms of the two registered accounts, I think something significant might come of it. Viriditas (talk) 11:25, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
Editing Talk:Famous Smoke Shop
Hi Luk,
I saw the following message on the talk page of Famous Smoke Shop, a page I recently created. A similar article was deleted nearly 2 years ago under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
The message instructed me to contact you. Is this related only to the talk page, or to the article itself?
Thanks in advance!

Sock Tfoxworth is back
He's now User:98.165.67.64. The admin who has recently been helping excise banned User:Tfoxworth and his socks is on Wikibreak. I see that you handled the complaint earlier this year and offered to help if the problem persisted, so I ask that you intervene again. He is vandalizing the same articles as he has for the past several years on successionn to the defunct thrones of Russia, Georgia and Mexico, re-appearing under new single-user accounts as soon as his edits are reverted. Seems to me that the problem is that his various accounts get blocked but his IP access isn't banned, so he just creates a new account everytime he logs onto his computer. Can he now be rangeblocked? Thanx for looking into it. FactStraight (talk) 05:20, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
