Hello Alf melmac: Thank you for your greetings, greatly appreciated. Thank you for your tutorial and I will learn from that. Regards, --Luenlin 06:57, 12 December 2005 (UTC)
hi
[edit]Sup. Nice to meet you. Sorry it took me so long to notice what you posted lol. The reason why I am native speaker of both is that I feel the abilities of me to use English and Chinese are both on a native level. I am a native speaker of Chinese since I was born in Taiwan. I'm not a native speaker of English per say. --Big Wang 07:56, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
Hi Big Wang, thanks for clarifying my question. I was born in Taiwan too, considering myself a Chinese from Taiwan. --Luenlin 08:06, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
Fair use images in user space
[edit]Hello. It might be a good idea to remove Image:The-passion-of-the-christ.jpg from your user page, since fair use images should not be used in the user space according to Wikipedia:Fair use criteria #9. I'm not sure what you mean exactly by "fair use rationale of the image: I agree in general the poster content and Jesus's Resurrection". Thanks. Khatru2 09:20, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
Thank you for your kind suggestion, which I followed. I changed to an image which should cause less controversy. --Luenlin 01:54, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
Could you please write a stub about Kurów on Teochew language/dialect here (if name is other than name of Minnan you do article with other name) – just a few sentences based on http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%BA%93%E9%B2%81%E5%A4%AB%E5%B8%82 or EN wiki? Only 3-5 sentences enough. Please.
PS. Article about Kurów is already on 184 languages. If your village/town/city isn't yet on PL wiki, I can do article about it. (I'm first author of requests) Pietras1988 TALK 10:37, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
Commercial use of Image:Asmutter.jpg
[edit]Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Asmutter.jpg, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Asmutter.jpg has a copyright license type implying some type of restricted use, such as for non-commercial use only, or for educational use only or for use on Wikipedia by permission, which was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19 or is not used in any articles (CSD I3). While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, this is in fact not the case[1][2]. Please do not upload any more files with these restrictions on them, because content on Wikipedia needs to be compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows anyone to use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial. See our non-free content guidelines for more more information.
If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.
If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.
If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. This bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:Asmutter.jpg itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. If you have any questions about what to do next or why your image was nominated for speedy deletion please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thanks. --Android Mouse Bot 2 06:55, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for October 26
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Michael J. McGivney, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Saratoga and Church of the Ascension. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 11:02, 26 October 2015 (UTC)
Thank you for your kind suggestion, which I followed. Now someone needs to create a new page :). --Luenlin (talk) 04:15, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
Victor Basic Research Laboratory e. V. moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Victor Basic Research Laboratory e. V., does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ~ Amkgp ✉ 18:12, 2 June 2020 (UTC)
Your draft article, Draft:Victor Basic Research Laboratory e. V.
[edit]Hello, Luenlin. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Victor Basic Research Laboratory e. V.".

If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the {{db-afc}}
, {{db-draft}}
, or {{db-g13}}
code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 22:32, 2 December 2020 (UTC)
