Harrison’s rule

There's a "house style" for articles which is outlined in the manual of style. A few points immediately strike me:

• the start of your article, which should start without a header and begin "Harrison’s rule is an observation in evolutionary biology by Launcelot Harrison which states...", MOS:BOLDTITLE;
• straight quotes are preferred, MOS:PUNCT;
• the References list is generally titled References, not Notes.
