[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 09:04, 24 February 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. In general, Wikipedia must follow what mainstream sources (that is, major newspapers, journals, recognised scholarly works, etc.) report. I'm passingly familiar with the argument that Taiwan was never properly transferred to the Republic of China, but regardless of what primary sources you can come up with, it's ultimately a fringe theory, and unsuitable for inclusion in our article about Taiwan. I'm going to remove your posts from Talk:Taiwan, as there is little chance that they would lead to discussions about the article, rather than discussions about the political status of Taiwan, and article talk pages should not be used as a forum. wctaiwan (talk) 01:49, 25 February 2015 (UTC)
Nice try but Taiwan belongs to the Republic of China. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 110.20.189.52 (talk) 10:46, 24 April 2015 (UTC)
