[edit]

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Ian McKinley, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 08:24, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Citations are required

[edit]

As most anyone can edit Wikipedia, credibility is from citations on content. Per Wikipedia's policy of wp:verifiability, any significant content (such as brand of goggles) needs to wp:cite a wp:reliable source. See help:talk pages. Use of one's own knowledge is not verifiable. Please cite a source. Please avoid adding content that would be considered wp:promotional or wp:spam Thank you Jim1138 (talk) 08:35, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Your addition did not mention Ian McKay. Citations must support the content. I don't know how you can work in the manufacturer's link. How about this as a source? https://www.nzherald.co.nz/sport/news/article.cfm?c_id=4&objectid=11984003
Please use wp:RefToolbar/2.0. The way you linked it is subject to wp:Linkrot.
I'm away soon, so ask at the wp:help desk or wp:teahouse Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 10:56, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Raleri

[edit]

If Raleri is a notable company and this would be established by wp:notability guidelines - which are somewhat subjective. You could create an article about them. I would recommend using wp:article for creation (AfC). You could create an article directly at Raleri. An article created in the "article namespace" makes it a target for a {{db-ad}} or {{db-a7}} wp:speedy deletion. i.e. if you don't establish significant notability immediately, it would be tagged and deleted. So, I recommend using an AfC. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 18:20, 19 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
