[edit]Nice work on your article draft, but one of the key things to remember when writing an encyclopaedia article is that you don't use the first or second person - if you find yourself saying "I", "we", or "you", you're on the wrong track.
A couple other things - references and links don't belong in section headers, so this one, and the one below it, need to change: User:Lpetroia/sandbox#Dynamic_programming.C2.A0and_neuro-dynamic_programming.5B6.5D At the same time, everything in the article need to be clearly connected with a supporting citation. At the very minimum, each paragraph should have one reference, and there shouldn't be any text after the final reference in a section.
