It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. Lou Arab

Hi. I am going to assume you actually 'are Lou Arab. The reason I open with that, is that "on the internet nobody knows you're a dog". People do impersonate others. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, a collaborative effort to represent the worlds knowledge. In order to do so, Wikipedia relies on reliable sources. People removong swathes of sourced material, or worse adding unsourced claims undermine this effort. Also writing about yourself is strongly discouraged sine not even a saint can be objective about themselves. Please keep that in mind when editing. Thanks.
