"Chins are a missing group from China"
The Chins came from China after BC 225 (the building of Great Wall by the King "Chin Shih Huang"). They reached in Myanmar before AD 713. The had lived in Kale-Kabaw Valley for a long time. They Moved to the Chin Hills after 1395(when the fortress city of Kalaymyo was being built). The Chins have the strong believe that They Came from the cave named "Chinlung" as they have the old traditional folksong "Chinlung". In the song,""Chinlung" is our native home where our ancestors had been in".Most of the Chins are in Chin state,Myanmar and the rest are in lowland of Myanmar.Some are in Mizoram, Manipur eastern India and Bangladesh. Now since 2000 some Chins in Myanmar have gone to Malaysia continuing to the Developed Countries as refugees.
If anybody who know the location of Chinlung in modern China or in Tibet,I really want you to tell me because most historians could not know where it locate.All Chin people are interesting about Chinlung as they believe that "Chinlung" is the beginning of their history.
