Request reason:

I am not who the block says I am an alt of. I logged in from my high-school a few times which probably associated me with the real annoying person I was blocked as.

Decline reason:

First, this is a checkuser-based block and only an admin with that capability can review the evidence. Second, there's really just too few edits for us to be sure.
