This is the English Wikipedia, could you please translate the the titles of your references into English. Also, please find some English references. Spanish references are fine if there are not English references available. Bgwhite (talk) 06:49, 15 April 2012 (UTC)

[edit]You are receiving this as you have recently added an interwiki link to a page!
Wikidata has been deployed to the English Wikipedia. Wikidata manages interwiki links on a separate project on pages such as this. This means that on Wikipedia articles there is now a language bar on the left hand side of your screen where you can edit and add links rather than adding them into the articles themselves.
If you have any questions regarding Wikidata please use the talk page Wikipedia talk:Wikidata.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Request reason:
Hello, I make a request for unlocking my user account “LocoWiki”, as it has apparently come to a misunderstanding. I haven´t written before because I've been very busy, and I don't usually collaborate too much on English Wikipedia, the performed on the Wikipedia in English are few modifications, fixes and add images for illustrate the articles when I add important things in the articles in Spanish. Honestly, I 'm surprised when I find that I was blocked forever because I have “Abusively used multiple accounts”, since I have done nothing wrong that could harm the encyclopedia, then the afore mentioned. However, I see that the reason is for supposedly being a “sockpuppet” with the accounts of “Cosmoxino” and “El bien y el mal”, now recently to that of “Wiki2010XD”. About this mistake, I think that it is because we share the same IPs because of the same Internet we have at home, it turns out that “Cosmoxino” he's my brother, and he's almost never admitted. The other user is my best friend and he also works with me as cameraman in my recordings, ”El bien y el Mal”, and since he doesn´t have a computer, so he edits from my laptop, because we work together in the audiovisual. He performs the function of cameraman of everything I do, and I encouraged him to join Wikipedia, however it hasn´t done anything wrong to be blocked also. He was working on some articles that translated and ask to your reception, but instead we end up all being blocked and accused of “sockpuppets”. In the case of resenting “Wiki2010XD” that's his unique and real case because that account is mine and is recognized as “sockpuppet” in the Spanish version of Wikipedia, because originally my user was called like that, but then I did the request change user name to “LocoWiki”, and they just made the change when I sign up as “Wiki2010XD”, automatically that user, when I find out of what happened, I start good with my account as “LocoWiki”, however by the custom of the previous user, sometimes started session on the other and was doing editions, until I was relegating it to functions purely of elemental maintenance, such as transfers or creating redirects, but never anything improper, and it´s recognized in the description of user as sockpuppet, which is not banned as long as it is recognized that it is a sockpuppet and do not use it for voting, although I think it confuses me the last time and use a discussion of the Wikipedia in Portuguese, but is a mistake, I've used it without arbitrary end or that may harm the Wikipedia. Only for elementary maintenance. The truth I hope this misunderstanding is resolved, because I think it only reason in what we are accused of being sockpuppets, however I was not made a call from attention to be aware, and also I think it has been very exaggerated to block me forever without having committed something that may be detrimental or vandal for the platform. Anyway, I think that in good faith that the mistake was by concern they had to see this situation. I expect a prompt response. Additional about the explanation I made here, I apologized about everything can referral me as a sockpuppet, unfortunately I don’t know too much about english wikipedia rules but I will read more about this if you make me the chance for being unlocked. Dear wikipedia administrators, I promise not to use any account, and do not get lost in the accounts. I will only use this page in LocoWiki, because I will not have much knowledge about these processes in this Wikipedia, but now that I know.I look forward to receiving my respective unlocking by you. Decline reason:
The WP:Standard Offer will be available to you after 6 months of being blocked on 27 September 2019. Until then, I suggest you spend your time reviewing and acquainting yourself with the various conduct policies on English Wikipedia by observing others. You will need to email the checkuser group per our checkuser block policy at that time to confirm that you have not abused editing privileges by using more sockpuppets or by evading your block. Unfortunately, there is nothing I am willing or can do until that time. Sasquatch t|c 02:34, 26 June 2019 (UTC)

- CU detects no immediate signs of socking, so I don't have concerns there if an admin wants to unblock from a CU standpoint, but please talk to Bbb23 first if someone is considering an unblock. TonyBallioni (talk) 02:46, 2 November 2019 (UTC)
