- You might want to take a look at WP:Volunteer Response Team. You can email them to establish your credentials; they could then provide assistance with any images that have been licensed for use here (and elsewhere). —C.Fred (talk) 22:21, 25 November 2014 (UTC)
Thank you C.Fred! I really appreciate your suggestion. I will see if I can figure out how to navigate my way to the WP:Volunteer Response Team. I see the rules you sent me, but would like to be able to at least make sure that the content is current and factually correct. I will get with them to find out if I can get things updated. Appreciate your kind response!
Conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Lluchetti. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Utah Jazz, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.
All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.
If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:
- Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
- Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
- Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
- Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.
Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies. Note that Wikipedia's terms of use require disclosure of your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you.
Please note that this conflict extends to the articles of (other) Jazz employees such as Quin Snyder. —C.Fred (talk) 22:01, 25 November 2014 (UTC)

Thank you for the response! I have worked with the Sanbox before and I have also gone through the pages that you sent me. My specific question is, how can I upload a photo that I have the rights to without it getting rejected? The verbiage in the photo section is too complicated for me to understand. Can you simplify it for me? I have a photo and have the rights, but someone else took it down and replaced it with an out of date photo saying that I don't have the rights, but I do. This, specifically, is what I need help with. Thank you again! 216.50.167.3 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 19:58, 1 December 2014 (UTC)
I think that I will try taking a photo on my iPad and uploading that. This way, it will be completely rights free. Correct? 216.50.167.3 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 20:15, 1 December 2014 (UTC)
Duplicate image of Quin Snyder
[edit]I saw that you had uploaded a photo at File:Quin Snyder Jazz Head Coach.jpg in May 2015, but it was a duplicate of File:Quin Snyder Utah.jpg which you had previous uploaded at Wikimedia Commons. I deleted the recently created duplicate. In the future, if you want to track down your previous contributions, you can always use the Contributions link at the top of the page. Any Commons contributions can be found by clicking on "Global contributions" there. Regards.—Bagumba (talk) 05:43, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
