Reading through the edits and agree with most of your edits. Who is Agincourtboy and why the heavy hand?

It was my understanding that "lipodissolve" is a procedure and "lipostabil" is a drug? The whole site is a bit confusing in how it is organized and reads. Will try to make some edits this week.

Would be great and you are correct about the distinction between the names - one is procedure and one is a drug manufactured by Aventis. I understand from a friend there are several research efforts underway that should provide more current data soon.

Most of the recent edits look more balanced than your past edits. I did not argue retrospective and prospective are equivalent - but was arguing that retrospective data is valid. Answer: nothing PROVES it is unsafe. Rather:

-- there are reports of adverse events (AE's) that you hear about. I am sure you are familiar with them. What is NOT known is whether they are caused by the drug or not, and also, if the drug is involved, how much of the drug is safe? -- You may not know about the history of the toxicity assessment of drugs, but ALL drugs have a toxic/unsafe dose (even water has an LD50; an LD50 is the amount of any substance required to kill 50% of a population of test animals). It was Paracelsus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paracelsus), father of modern toxicology, who made the now famous declaration: "Alle Ding' sind Gift und nichts ohn' Gift; allein die Dosis macht, dass ein Ding kein Gift ist," or "All things are poison and nothing is without poison, only the dose permits something not to be poisonous." What this means is that water, aspirin, apple juice, injected phosphatidyl choline all have a toxic dose. And you must EXPERIMENTALLY determine what that dose is before you start advertising the drug on the internet and injecting customers. That is why the FDA does what it does. It exists to protect people.

I suspect that the reason you resist the clinical trials process is that you are making money by selling this drug without an approval.

This is not socially responsible, as you are putting Americans at risk for financial gain. You might want to re-examine your ethics, lest someone else re-examine them for you, brutally and without pity.

ALSO, DO NOT TAKE DOWN THE LINK to the HEALTH WARNINGS. In the spirit of 'collaboration,' I have not removed the links to organizations promoting unapproved Lipodissolve injection. Please be collaborative on this and leave the link. If you don't, I will take down the business links, and then the wiki becomes un-balanced. Again, balance please.
