Hi Dodge but to be honest all we're trying to do is to add more accurate information to our city, Our aim is to have the right information and direct people to correct places. Please guide us as how to be able to cite our city kagiso. Linda, attaining adminship is a rather strenuous process. See WP:RfA for details. In theory, you're perfectly free to submit a request, but the bar is very, very high - see WP:NOTNOW.
