A tag has been placed on OMNIA SHAWKAT requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. GILO A&E⇑ 14:18, 8 December 2018 (UTC): hi GILO I’m a one-day old Wikipedia writer and this article was my first, I acknowledge that it was poorly written also the title was all in caps; sorry. I’m planning to improve it and as I’ve learned in the wikigap workshop held yesterday I needed two credible links to start. kindly if you have time help me understand the week points I had and how I could improve as I’m keen to learn. regarding the significance of that specific article I wanted to write about other young women in Sudan with big dreams and they are in control of their career plans and very thoughtful of their home country they opened doors for freelancer writers and since freedom of speech might be questioned in Sudan, Omnia Shawkat`s approach with the online magazine she gave a voice for the youth without crossing or offending any party from a cultural, religious nor political. it’s a very smart and positive example I would love others locally and internationally to reflect on. please give the idea a chance by guiding me in the right direction. best regards and thank you for the feedback.--Lina idris (talk) 12:39, 9 December 2018 (UTC)
