[edit]I need a bit more to go on. What is the user name we are dealing with and which pages are the primary problems? (You can use the email feature if you don't want to name names here.) Montanabw(talk) 18:47, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
I'll dig a bit. I found one place. Yeah, I agree with you, commercial self-promotion is a violation of wikipedia guidelines. Revert away, I'll do so as well where I spot stuff. Montanabw(talk) 19:53, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
- Though, with 500 articles on my watchlist, you ARE on your own when it comes to Monty Roberts! (grin). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Montanabw (talk • contribs) 19:55, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with you about Monty. We have the same problem with the Parelli article. Good to see you back, by the way! Montanabw(talk) 00:09, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
- I found the link to information about cults, on the Parelli page, to be apropos.

Hello I am writing an article for my college english class on cutting and was wondering if you could look over my article and give me some suggestions on how to improve it? Thank you!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Jport13/sandbox Jport13 (talk) 20:59, 30 March 2012 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Horse Whispers and Lies
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Horse Whispers and Lies, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- This book is not notable and may be self-published. A Google News Archive search indicates no reviews in the media and a regular Google Web search turns up just 69 independent hits
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. File source problem with File:The-invester_318x264.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:The-invester_318x264.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 13:41, 5 October 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Closedmouth (talk) 13:41, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
