Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:CloudView NMS
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:CloudView NMS requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.cloudviewnms.com/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, LiamTheFirst. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Draft:CloudView NMS, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
- Please explain why you allow other on the same page which you did not allow me? Why you decided that " have an external relationship with the people, places or things" and others who placed entries in the table about different NMS do not? Thank you, Liam
- Liam - EVERYONE who has an external relationship is supposed to declare that either on their own Talk page, or the Talk page of the article they are editing, or both. Many people do not. Note that the Welcoming committee wrote "...if you have an external relationship..." In addition, if a person has a WP:PAID relationship, then they must declare.
- Your edit to NMS was deleted for two reasons: first, because of copyright infringement, and second, because all of the other entries already in the table in question have Wikipedia articles about them, and at the time you made that change CloudView did not.
- Also, whenever you comment on a Talk or at Teahouse, sign your User name by typing four of ~ at the end. David notMD (talk) 12:40, 26 September 2018 (UTC)

@David notMD, Thank you! I am learning all this now... I promise acting by the rules from now on... LiamTheFirst (talk) 15:39, 26 September 2018 (UTC)
- For example, my User page has a blanket COI statement, and I add similar wording to the Talk pages of articles when my background could be thought of as a COI. This does not stop me from editing, nor lead to frequent reversals. Good luck. David notMD (talk) 18:35, 26 September 2018 (UTC)
