PMID 18186549 looks like a good secondary review, compliant with WP:MEDRS, but the other sources don't on the surface appear to meet Wikipedia's guidelines for medical sourcing (not reviews, not compliant with MEDRS and straying into WP:UNDUE, WP:NOT (news) and WP:RECENTISM). Take care that your proposed text doesn't stray off-topic for inflammatory bowel disease into general discussion, and there may be room to incorporate a sentence or two into the article from PMID 18186549 .
