Ice pop jargon
Oh I didn't mean jargon pejoratively, just that I'd think most readers would not immediately understand the word "quiescently". MOS:LEADSENTENCE asks for plain English in the very first sentence of each article. --Lord Belbury (talk) 17:25, 7 July 2019 (UTC)
