Disruptive page moves

Please stop making unconstructive page moves. For example,there really can't be any good reason for moving the page Katar (disambiguation) to Minster for Internal Affairs and Law (Province No. 1). It is just about possible that some of your moves may be justifiable, but if so explain why on the relevant talk oage, and give other editors a chance to comment. Particularly unconstructive are occasions when you have successively moved pages to one new title after another, as you did for example with Bhojpur (disambiguation). I had been doubtful about your reasons for making so many unconstructive page moves, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt, assumed that you were acting in good faith, and invited you to explain your reasons. However, I have now seen your move of the page XXXX (disambiguation) to Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning (Province No. 1), which can only be seen as deliberate vandalism. The same applies to your move of Mayor of Ahmedabad to Mayor of Ghorahi. I don't intend to come back here to tell you of each example I find, but I just want it to on record that there have been more than one case of unambiguous intentional page move vandalism, and that you have been warned about it. The block on this account has now been made indefinite, because it has been used to evade blocks on other accounts, as well as the fact that further investigation has revealed that the account has been used for a large amount of vandalism, not just a few cases as previously seemed possible.
