Non-typos on Typo Team/Moss
[edit]Hi LetterMeister, I've noticed that in your edits on moss/A you've not only deleted some entries of typos etc. you've corrected (which is great, thank you!), but that you've also deleted some where the word(s) in question were not actually a typo, e.g. the "postfusus" from the article on "Asselian" that the spellchecker picked up. In cases like that, you shouldn't just delete that entry, but either write a note behind it explaining the word (in this case something like "part of a species name") or even tagging/noting it, like how it is explained in "Quick Start!", which is right at the beginning of the page. The problem with just deleting those entries is that the spellchecker will just pick up on those words again the next time we get to that letter, which should ideally be avoided. I hope by sending you this message you won't be discouraged from working on the project in the future, since your help is greatly appreciated! Strickesel (talk) 15:28, 28 November 2019 (UTC)
Thanks for the direction! I'm still very much learning. I'll be sure to do that going forward and go back and review that page before I make any more corrections. LetterMeister (talk) 15:50, 28 November 2019 (UTC)
