Lebanon map
Thanks for the suggestions. I'm currently working on a new, larger version, but it's probably going to take a few more days. I'm hoping to get all the districts in and labelled (in addition to the governorates), like the old map, only clickable to go to the actual districts. Lebanon in Arabic
Hi Lestat. I've been looking at the Arabic name of Lebanon in the article, and I think adding the accents like لُبْنان is more accurate (and it will be helpful in transliteration). My question is what accents belong in الجمهورية اللبنانية? Thanks! — George Saliba [talk]23:41, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
The accents as you may already know signify vowels, so you'll basically just need to add in all the missing vowels:
الجُمهُورِيَّة اللُبنانِيَّة
Obviously, you can notice that I am using a different, larger font (Traditional Arabic; if you don't have it on your computer, it will probably just appear in Times New Roman). I don't know if all the accents will be easily visible with smaller fonts. —LestatdeLioncourt11:00, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
