As your efforts to include a massive amount of text on it are a case of WP:UNDUE. Nothing much new or novel is said within the text you have added. Therefore it is not necessary to repeat ourselves.
"This fluff, a giant section on the 1985 US Senate hearing is far too meandering and without any substance. It does nothing but repeat matters said elsewhere and does so in a timid way. The references are included but all this text is far-and-away a case of over-due weight."
I hope you can see and appreciate this? If not I'm up to be convinced otherwise. I also appreciate your research and interest in the article. Hopefully you will continue to add more in the vein of novel references, viewpoints and materiel in the future?
