Kosovo

[edit]

Every Kosovar user here on wiki puts tags "supports the independence of Kosovo". If Kosovo isn't officially a part of Serbia, why seek it's independence? Independence from Azerbeijan, perhaps? Additionally, the current borders of Serbia have been internationally recognized from 1944 to the present. Kosovo's borders, on the other hand, were never recognized as an independent state. Additionally, the 1244 Resolution marked Kosovo as a UN-administered province of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Republic of Serbia).

I wouldn't trust Ilir pz if I was you; he makes sockpuppets. Best! --HolyRomanEmperor 15:00, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

your words don't seem better than Ilir_pz's, both of you seem to be hard-core nationalists, of course from the opposite sides.best, too,Leshkuq 21:06, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I checked the 1244 resol, it doesnt mention Serbia anywhere, I did a quick search. As of borders, they will be officially drawn after status talks. Until then don't show me the map of SCG, as it is irrelevant, I think.bye,Leshkuq 21:08, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I feel insulted by you acusing me of being that way. I like objectivity and will gladly discuss with you about anything.
What I do not understand is why are several wikipedians enforcing that Kosovo is independent. I have a WP:NPOV attitude with this and I really don't know if Kosovo is going to become independent or otherwise, but it is unrecognized as a independent entity, while the current borders of Serbia are recognized since 1944. Why is it so hard to understand? I encourage the Ventevendosje! movement and the Kosovar independence movement, but saying that something is independent and at the same time fighting for its independence is illogical and patent nonsence, I am afraid.
The Serbia-Kosovo problem is much like the Cyprus-Turkish Republic of North Cyprus issue. --HolyRomanEmperor 13:46, 3 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I observed your last edits. I just noticed that you are running for admin. Do you think you are neutral enough? Wish I had a better health to dedicate more time to wikipædia. I found some interesting articles while at the hospital. IF you get adminship, hope you don't use that against albanian related articles. That is what I expect from a Serbian admin, anyways.Leshkuq 00:28, 1 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Leshkuq, ku je? pse nuk po vjen ne faqe Kosovo ma? mos u ndal prej nacionalistave serbe, po eja bashke te ju kundervihemi. Hope to see you soon, Ilir pz 23:15, 12 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Tungi Ilir. Si je? I can't participate in wiki for a long time, I've been to the hospital for weeks. I am hardly recovering. hopefully after a month I can help you. Leshkuq 00:28, 1 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ofcourse, just don't you tend to call me a "Serbian" administrator, please. ;) And I didn't run myself. I would never do that. I was nominated by others. --HolyRomanEmperor 12:47, 1 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

welcome back

[edit]

I noticed you changed smth in Demographic history of Kosovo, where many NPOV nationalists, attempt to vandalize with their pushy propaganda. Thanks for editing, hope vandals will stop their pushy NPOV soon. How is your health? best,ilir_pz 23:55, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Beslidhja Skaut Albania

[edit]

Beslidhja Skaut Albania has been proposed for renaming (along with other foreign-language Scouting article titles) to bring it into compliance with the spirit of both WikiProject Scouting - Rules Standards, Article names and Wikipedia:Naming conventions.

The discussion about this is currently taking place at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Scouting/Translations#Proposed_article_name_changes. No one involved speaks Albanian. Since you speak Albanian, could you please help out? --evrik (talk) 15:25, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Survey

[edit]

Hi Leshkuq!

I have put together a survey for female editors of Wikipedia (and related projects) in order to explore, in greater detail, women's experiences and roles within the Wikimedia movement. It'd be wonderful if you could participate!

It's an independent survey, done by me, as a fellow volunteer Wikimedian. It is not being done on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation. I hope you'll participate!

Just click this link to participate in this survey, via Google!

Any questions or concerns, feel free to email me or stop by my user talk page. Also, feel free to share this any other female Wikimedians you may know. It is in English, but any language Wikimedia participants are encouraged to participate. I appreciate your contributions - to the survey and to Wikipedia! Thank you!
