RfC notice and the appearance of non-neutrality

In your notice at NPOVN advising of the MEDRS RfC, your use of the word "simply" suggests "no we shouldn't exclude sources based on country," which means it's not neutral. I don't know if this issue has gotten nasty yet, but if you want to avoid even the appearance of impropriety, you should consider removing the word "simply."
