I removed it because the article 2015 military intervention in Yemen deals with, as stated in the lead, only Operation Decisive Storm (air-strikes and weapons support only so far). What you are referring to as the Hadi and Saudi fight versus the Houthi fight and the two-week war is covered in the article Southern Yemen offensive (2015). As stated by the UN, their toll is since the start of the hostilities (22 March), not since the start of the air-strikes (25 March). Besides, the UN toll refers to all deaths in the country, which also includes deaths from the concurrent Al-Qaeda campaign which is unrelated to the Saudi-led campaign. Feel free to contribute to and update the article Southern Yemen offensive (2015). EkoGraf (talk) 16:53, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
I used your source in the article. EkoGraf (talk) 22:17, 6 April 2015 (UTC)
Tukya tribe
[edit]Hello. I didn't remove the sentence because it wasn't confirmed by Saudi Arabia, but rather, because I think that it is unverifiable. What proof do we have of this happening? The only sources that exist for this event are, in my opinion, not reliable. Don't you think an American or European news organization would have got a hold of the story, as such was the case with nearly all other military expeditions in this conflict? Pictures are not conclusive evidence; they could be of some other event. I'm sorry you think I am showing bias but I am trying to ensure fringe sources from either side do not distort the facts of the article. If you have spotted a pro-Saudi source which you feel might contain inaccurate or fabricated information, please mention a specific example, if you can, on the talk page, so that we may discuss it. Tukya tribe?
[edit]Excuse me but I have no idea what you are talking about. I didn't remove anything about any Tukya tribe or ever heard of them. EkoGraf (talk) 21:25, 14 April 2015 (UTC)
I am sorry, I was probably mistaken.
