Sorry for the funk font, I couldn't figure out how to change it :)
1st para: In the first paragraph if it isn't already explained what FY is in the article then I would recommend to explain what it is in case people don't know it
2nd para: I'm not positive about this, but I don't think you need the second period in the third sentence of the second paragraph - I would recommend just going through that second sentence in the paragraph to potentially restructure it because it is long
When talking about the 2018 budget I you don't need to say dollars after 2018 because you already used the dollar sign
overall great facts in this paragraph, but it doesn't have any citations so I would recommend adding at least 2 citations because it is a longer paragraph
3rd para: I don't remember Wikipedia's rules exactly, but I don't believe you need to italicize the entire quote
4th para: website is one word
there is a missing space between FY and 2003
I also believe it is an unfinished sentence
Overall: There are some missing periods here and there (ex. at the end of some paragraphs)
I recommend you have at least one or two citations in each paragraph (it's ok to repeat sources)
