Hi there, unfortunately due to the fact that there is no source for the image, it will have to be deleted. Additionally, the link to the facebook post is not a source enough. If you would like to delete the image yourself, you may do so by putting {{db-author}} at the top of the page, otherwise you may wait for others to find the information by leaving the original speedy deletion tag on your page. In regards to file: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Najibullah_Taraki_Karmal.png I found the website from which it was originally sourced from. However the author or copyright holder of the photo is unknown and not mentioned on the page of the website it's used in. And the website has no copyright disclaimer. Hi, checking policy 10a, it mentions "where possible, with information about the artist, publisher and copyright holder" so it's not mandatory to identify author or copyright holder if it's not possible?
