Please have a look at this diff: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk%3AHaze_gray_and_underway&diff=223591671&oldid=223590708 before restoring the information about that website. The Land (talk) 10:40, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
Battle of Vimy Ridge is currently under peer review in an effort to get it to A or FA quality. The article has greatly improved over the pas few months but still needs work. I am sending out a notice to individuals who have contributed on the talk page to help with a copy-edit. Fresh eyes are always helpful. All the best. Labattblueboy (talk) 15:04, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
Permissible latitude with liter
LeadSongDog, you’ve been conspicuously absent on Talk:MOSNUM from the discussion on how much latitude to cut editors for writing out the unit symbols for the liter and its decimal multiples and submultiples. There is a vote ongoing here: Straw poll. The debate centers primarily whether or not to go beyond recommending that editors no longer use lowercase ell for the liter (as in “add 1 l of kerosene to 2 l gasoline”). Some advocate no longer allowing lowercase ell for the prefixed forms, such as “250 ml”. I’ve got some proposed greenbox text here that would, I think, avoid unnecessary conflict by being minimally invasive by permitting most current practices; It would require that the non-prefixed form would be “2 L bottle” but would give latitude to the prefixed forms (ml or mL), primarily requiring consistency within articles. Please weigh in with your vote. Greg L (talk) 23:45, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
- Noting your ref-based vote comment, here is what Caerwine wrote during the earlier discussions in her 01:27, 25 July 2008 post: There is also the script small l (U+2113 ℓ) that was once used and still has currency in East Asian usages, but I could see using it on the English Wikipedia only in a rare case where both l and L might cause ambiguity. (The precomposed CJK characters, ㎕, ㎖, ㎗, and ㎘ use the script l form in most fonts.) Greg L (talk) 15:30, 6 August 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks, missed that. I'll look closer.LeadSongDog (talk) 16:19, 6 August 2008 (UTC)

- Hi, LeadSongDog. You have help to edit this article and therefore I would like to ask once more your assistance with the FAC nomination. There are some problem with a prose of this article and I am wonder if you would like to go through this article and help to fix potential problems with the prose. Thank you in advance.
