World Heritage Encyclopedia
[edit]Hi. Thanks for trying to add a needed citation,[1] but World Heritage Encyclopedia is just a mirror site with old (and sometimes mangled) copies of Wikipedia articles. Sites like that are not usable because it is purely WP:Circular sourcing. See also Woozle effect. Alsee (talk) 23:39, 10 February 2017 (UTC)
Your use of "we"
[edit]I'm not sure what you mean by "we". Accounts can be used by only one person, and only that person can have access to the account. Could you please clarify this for me? Thanks. Doug Weller talk 13:40, 15 February 2017 (UTC)
- Ah, do you mean you will be working with another student? If so, no problem and happy editing! Doug Weller talk 13:41, 15 February 2017 (UTC)
Genocide article
[edit]Hello, I'm not sure whether I am addressing the right person, but I want to draw your attention to a discussion here, basically what is being suggested is that it would be better to put EXTENSIVE new material in another article, and then summarise a few paragraphs in the main Genocide article. Many of the existing sections are already overlong, since the purpose of the main article is to cover the whole history of genocide, which means it cannot, and should not put more than a brief overview of any specific incidents (drawing attention to who/when any incident has been characterised as genocide, and summarising the main claims and events).
I hope I don't sound discouraging, but I would hate to see you or other editors doing extensive research and placing it in the wrong place. Please contact me or the editors helping or leave a message on the article talk page if you need clarification. Good luck. Pincrete (talk) 01:21, 22 February 2017 (UTC)
Merger discussion for Water justice
[edit]An article that you have been involved in editing—Water justice—has been proposed for merging with another article. If you are interested, please participate in the merger discussion. Thank you. Domdeparis (talk) 13:28, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
